Who we are
This website is run by Eduardo Benfatti, trading as Wolf Pack Videos, 2 New Church Road, Brighton and Hove. For anything to do with your personal information, email eduardo.benfatti@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address and whatever you write in your message. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to work with you.
The site also uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It records things like the pages you view, roughly where you are, your device and how you arrived. It does not tell us who you are.
Who handles it
A small number of services process information on our behalf:
- FormSubmit delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Vercel hosts the website and keeps standard server logs.
- Google provides Google Analytics, and YouTube for the videos on the site. YouTube videos use Google's privacy-enhanced mode and only load when you press play.
Some of these services store data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on the legal safeguards that allow it.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visits apart. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same either way.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any work that follows. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics' retention settings.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it's used. Email us and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
